How we navigate our transitions and the choices we make are critical. The devastating loss of a loved one. Illness and addiction. Dating, marriage, and divorce. Children and family dynamics. Aging parents. Work/ life balance. Fitness and nutrition. These are some of the challenges we face as we mature in life. Our physical, mental, and spiritual wellness is on the line.

Many of us cope with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, isolation, grief and loss.

This is where I come in. My name is Christine Crosby Taylor. I help my clients through life’s most difficult transitions. I am a licensed professional counselor with a Masters Degree in Psychological Counseling. I am also a certified Life and Wellness coach. Let me help you navigate your transitions.
